We hope that you will be 100% happy with your purchase. Please inspect your order carefully on arrival for breakages. We’ll only accept a request for a replacement if you let us know within three working days of your order arriving. 

We reserve the right not to refund items that are returned in an unusable or unsaleable condition.

You can cancel your order at any time within seven days after you receive your order. However you will be liable for the initial delivery cost and you will be responsible for returning the products to us at your own cost. You can cancel your order by emailing us at alison@mallorymade.co.uk The goods must arrive back with us unopened and undamaged. We will refund you within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
